Now I remember vaguely, the context in which I heard this word, మసాగత్తు, mostly in the sense of making the land more fertile. If you do మసాగత్తు, it might give good yield, something like that :).

అవునా? ఇంకా అవుట్ అఫ్ సిలబస్ క్వశ్చన్ అంటారేమో అనుకున్నా :). గూగుల్ సెర్చ్ లో కూడా దొరకలేదు, అవుట్ అఫ్ యూనివర్స్ క్వశ్చన్ అయ్యుంటుంది :)
